Brief

Robyn’s website is due for a refresh to reflect how her business has evolved and to take advantage of my newly developed web design and development skillset. The goal is to redesign and rebuild the site to be more visually polished, easier to manage, and more dynamic through CMS-driven content, while improving overall flexibility and performance for future growth.

Outcomes

Robyn’s website is the first site I created in Webflow. After continuing with subsequent Webflow and WordPress projects my skills and understanding greatly increased over a four year period. I had the opportunity to redesign Robyn’s website from the ground up while implementing my refined skill set. I greatly improved the development system, the front end user experience and significantly increased Robyn’s abilities to manage, control and update her website without engaging me for repetitive minor updates.

Problems Solved

Brand Misalignment

The existing look and feel no longer accurately communicates The London Meisner Company’s professionalism and maturity. A modernised visual approach with an emphasis on consistency brings the brand presentation back in line with the quality of the training offered and the maturity the brand has grown into since the initial website creation.

Inefficient Content Management

Repeated information had to be updated in multiple places, making even small changes time-consuming and error-prone. Introducing more dynamic, CMS-driven content reduces duplication and simplifies ongoing updates.

High Cost of Minor Updates

Regularly making small website changes had become inefficient and expensive. Upgrading to a Webflow CMS site gives Robyn unprecedented ability to maintain and update her own website. She can now manage FAQs, add testimonial graphics to the homepage gallery, update courses and workshops, manage class locations, coach listings, and maintain multiple services pages.
