Brief
Sarah is selling her prints as a fundraiser for her local kindergarten. She needs a solution that includes both physical and digital order forms, along with posters to advertise the fundraiser and drive sales.
Outcomes
Local families were able to quickly and easily order Sarah’s artwork, supporting their children’s kindergarten. The combined print and digital approach helped surpass the fundraiser’s goal and simplified the ordering process for all participants.
Problems Solved
Overwhelming Options
I created a one-stop-shop order form displaying small versions of all Sarah’s prints, allowing users to easily browse and select which prints and quantities to purchase.
Difficulty Of Distribution
I developed a digitally fillable PDF version so the kindergarten could bulk email the form to their entire mailing list, ensuring everyone received a copy of the order form.
Order Collection
I added interactive buttons and links enabling users to save, attach, and email the completed order form directly back to Sarah.
Accommodating Entire Audience
I included options for shipping or pickup, payment information, and a bulk-buy discount for purchasing three prints. I also included an A5 size guide to set user expectations for those unfamiliar with paper size names.
