Brief
The Single Use website project will include three distinct phases. Phase one involves targeted improvements within the existing setup, including design tweaks and performance fixes. Phase two focuses on modernising the tech stack, improving speed, usability, and future flexibility. Phase three is a full redesign, transforming the site into a contemporary, user-friendly platform aligned with business goals.
Outcomes
Phase 1
Delivered small-scale improvements including image optimisation, homepage hero redesign, performance boosts, and responsive tweaks.
Phase 2
Migrated the site to WPEngine, switched from WPBakery to Elementor Pro, reduced unnecessary plugins, and integrated Crocoblock tools for enhanced low-code development.
Phase 3
Executed a full redesign with custom shop pages, product templates, personalised account and checkout pages, new category pillar pages, HubSpot integration, custom post types, blog revamp, and a strong focus on responsive design.
Problems Solved
Outdated Design
I identified that the website’s biggest issue was an outdated, unprofessional design that failed to inspire trust.
Trust Deficit
The old design made the site feel closer to a scam than a reputable business, risking customer confidence.
Comprehensive Redesign for Credibility
A ground-up redesign was essential to build trust and assure visitors that they are dealing with a credible, professional company.
