Brief

We needed a clear way to help customers browsing the shop page understand that many of our dental instruments are double ended. The existing product images didn’t communicate this effectively, often leading to confusion about the instrument’s functionality. The goal was to create a simple, visual solution that quickly conveys both ends of each instrument without requiring customers to leave the shop page.

Outcomes

Improved lighting and flash compositions were used to capture clear, accurate images that highlight both ends of each instrument. These new photos were then integrated into a refined layout, creating a single, cohesive preview image. The result is a more informative and visually engaging product display that helps customers instantly understand that the instruments are double ended.

Problems Solved

Limited Product Visibility

Customers browsing the shop page could previously only see one end of each dental instrument, creating confusion about what they were purchasing.

Hover Solution for Clarity

I developed a hover effect that reveals a secondary image showing both ends of the instrument, providing a clear and engaging visual explanation.
